Why this information is mandatory. 3. Purpose of the site

Kazendra is a free information service. It gathers promotions published publicly by European merchants and links to their sites.

Kazendra sells nothing. The site takes no orders, collects no payment and is not a party to the contracts concluded with the merchants. Transactions take place exclusively between the buyer and the merchant, on the merchant's site.

4. Intellectual property

The code, structure, texts, visual identity and logo of the site are protected by copyright. The site is also protected under database rights, since building its catalogue required a substantial investment.

Hyperlinks to kazendra.com are free. Any reproduction of the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

5. Links to merchants and affiliate transparency

Outgoing links to merchants may be affiliate links : when a purchase is made after a click, the merchant may pay a commission to Kazendra.

This commission does not change the price paid by the buyer and does not influence the selection of the offers published.

Situation as at 8 October 2026 : no affiliate identifier is in place. Outgoing links are therefore direct and no commission is received. This statement will be updated on the day identifiers are put in place — not before.

6. Prices and information provided by merchants

Prices, discounts and availability come from merchant sites. They may change at any time, and some merchants do not publish them at all : the site then says so instead of displaying an invented figure.

Only the price displayed at the merchant at the time of purchase is authoritative. Where a currency is not the euro, it is displayed in its original currency, without conversion : the site maintains no exchange rate.

The date on which prices were recorded is displayed on each page of the site.

7. Liability

The site is made available "as is". Kazendra uses reasonable means to ensure that the information is accurate and dated, but cannot guarantee that it remains so at all times, nor that the site will be available without interruption.

Kazendra cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the information published, nor for the content of the merchant sites to which it links.
